The Alberta - British Columbia Trade, Investment and Labour Mobility Agreement
TILMA is an inter-provincial trade agreement of brad scope between the governments of Alberta and British Columbia that came into effect on April 01, 2007. This agreement effectively transforms the two provinces into a free-trade zone within Canada by eliminating impediments to trade, investment and labour mobility.
The final agreement becomes effective on April 01, 2009.
